Ordering Portal Registration – Required Steps
To gain access to our ordering portal, all customers must complete the following steps:
1. Complete the Registration Form
Please ensure all fields are completed accurately and in full.
Incomplete or incorrect information may delay approval.
2. Submit Prescriber & Pharmacist Documentation
As part of the approval process, you must email the following documents to compliance@alfietherapeutics.com:
• Current MAP Number(s)
• Current SAS-B Number(s)
• Pharmacist's current AHPRA Registration Certificate
• Current SAS-B Number(s)
• Pharmacist's current AHPRA Registration Certificate
Please include the pharmacy or dispensary name you are registering on behalf of in the email subject line.
These documents are required to be received and held on file before ordering access can be granted.
